Beyond IPAs is a podcast dedicated to showcasing the wonderful New England Craft Beer scene. Centered in Southeastern Massachusetts, we shine a spotlight on our fantastic local hometown brewers, those throughout Massachusetts and beyond into New England. While we're at it, we learn about various craft styles, how they are made and we even just may taste a few along the way.
If you have a question for a local brewer, click the blue lightbulb button to the right. If it's good, we will either answer it, ask an appropriate brewer to answer it, or find the specific brewer you want to ask. Skol!
If you like what we're doing, buy us a beer!

We've got a new brewery in the south shore - 42nd Brew Co. We sit down in their wonderful new taproom in Kingston with co-owners Stephen Darby, Paul Schiele and Matt Ward and get the scoop on the brewery, their Kill the Keg action, their emphasis on design, the bell, and their future plans. In some ways, their origin story is familiar (homebrew guys and a firepit) and in other ways it is definitely not (listen and find out). In any event, you'll be hearing more about this brewery from us for sure and probably from others who know a good brewery when they see one. These guys are onto something big. Cheers!
